Your ‘Project Start Date’ is the date we will begin your project. Before then, you’ll have tasks and homework to complete but your project doesn’t officially begin until your Project Start Date. We only take a few projects per month. That way we are able to give you the attention and creative energy you deserve.

Yes! we try to make payments as flexible as possible as we understand that investing in a professional designer is a big expense. Payments are broken down in 3 installments. A minimum, non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to start any project and secure your spot in my calendar.

As projects are booked weeks in advance, we often have to turn clients away for your reserved time slot, if you back out this could leave an empty slot. As such, our booking fees are non-refundable. Your booking secures your place in our design queue and ensures you are serious about moving forward with our project.

We don’t offer a rush service under any circumstances. Fitting in a rush project means taking time away from booked clients and downtime.

We use ClickUp for client portals, communication, and project tracking. This integrates into our email so everything will come across to you through there, you can go into the client portal to see details on the timeline, project tasks, past communication, and more.

Your primary logo alone is not enough to set your business up for success and tell your full brand's story. We specialize in creating complete brand identities that give you a true chance to set yourself apart from your competitors. This will not only allow you to have a deeper understanding of what makes you unique but also, implement the right strategy right from the start. 

The full ownership of your chosen logo and icons will be transferred upon final payment of your project fees. You’re welcome to register the logo as a trademark too.

As any creative, we will always retain the artistic rights to anything we create.

We outsource all of our own and our clients printing to our professional printers. The printers we choose are selected because we are fully confident in their production, materials and trust them 100% with producing only the best final finish for our artwork. 

Some things, due to their nature, are not included in our packages. These include:

• Font Licenses
• Advanced SEO (basic SEO is included in the Website Packages)
• Brand Photography
• Printing Fees

In order to get the most out of your revisions, we encourage getting feedback from a few trusted clients who have a deep understanding of their own needs and the experience they have working with you, collecting all your thoughts in bulk and then sending it our way. Once we complete and send back a new version with all the edits, that will count as a completed revision round and we can move on to the next step.
